Barbecue Pulled . . . Chicken? Oh, yes!

What to do when you have lots of chicken that you need to cook up, but not many vegetables or much time on hand? Make a barbeque pulled chicken in the crock pot! I threw together my barbecue sauce recipe, skinned and cut up a whole chicken, placed it in the bottom of my crock pot, topped it with the sauce, and let it cook on low all day. When I got home I shredded the meat, and dinner was served! The sauce is just as good over chicken as it is over pork.
